A Branded Coffee Experience for a High-Traffic Activation
Take A Shot Coffee partnered with Hollister to support a high-energy brand activation at The Mall at Millenia in Orlando, FL, centered around an influencer meet-and-greet with Spencer Barbosa. With over 1,000 attendees visiting the store throughout the event, our team delivered a fully branded coffee experience designed to keep guests engaged while maintaining fast, consistent service.
The goal was to create a visually strong, fully branded coffee setup that felt like a natural extension of the Hollister in-store experience.
Both carts were fully wrapped and positioned to attract attention while handling a continuous flow of guests entering for the meet-and-greet. The drink menu was simplified and customized to maintain speed while still delivering a premium feel.



Managing Volume During an Influencer Meet & Greet
With a large crowd gathering to meet Spencer Barbosa, the biggest challenge was maintaining efficient service during peak moments while keeping the experience smooth and organized.
Our team handled this by:
- Running two active service stations simultaneously
- Assigning a dedicated event lead to manage flow and coordination
- Keeping the menu focused for faster turnaround
- Positioning carts to reduce congestion inside the retail space
The branded carts, custom drinks, and barista service helped turn the coffee station into a central part of the experience — not just an add-on.
