Take a Shot Coffee Inc. is a Florida corporation, fully licensed and insured. We operate a mobile espresso bar and coffee catering service for corporate events and brand activations in Central Florida. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Take a Shot Coffee Inc. This policy covers takeashotcoffee.com, our social media profiles, our advertising lead forms, and any email or messaging you exchange with us about our services.

02Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly when you request a quote, book an event, or contact us. That typically includes:

• Your name and job title
• Your email address and phone number
• Your company or organization
• Details about your event — date, location, guest count, event type, and your role in the decision
• Any other information you choose to include in a message to us

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our website, such as your approximate location, browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not send us any.

03How we collect it

Information reaches us through a few channels:

• Forms on our website and our online quote request
• Lead forms on Facebook and Instagram. If you submit one of our lead forms on Meta's platforms, Meta passes us the information you entered on that form. Meta's own handling of your data is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
• Direct contact — email, phone, text, or direct message
• Third-party booking and quoting platforms we use to receive inquiries
• Cookies and tracking technologies on our website, including the Meta Pixel

04How we use it

We use your information to:

• Prepare and send you a quote
• Answer your questions and follow up on your inquiry
• Coordinate and deliver your event, including logistics and venue requirements
• Send you invoices and process payment
• Send occasional emails about our services, which you can stop at any time
• Improve our website, our service, and our advertising
• Meet our legal, tax, and insurance obligations

05How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• Service providers. Companies that help us run the business — our customer relationship system, email and automation tools, quoting and booking platforms, and payment processors. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
• Venues and event partners. When your event requires it, we may share the coordination details needed to gain access, confirm setup, or provide insurance documentation.
• Advertising platforms. We may share limited information with advertising platforms to measure how our ads perform and to reach people with similar interests.
• Legal requirements. If required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfer. If the business is sold or merged, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.

06Advertising and analytics

We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API on our website. These tools tell us which ads led to inquiries and let us show ads to people likely to be interested in event catering. They may also be used to show you our ads after you have visited our site.

You can control how Meta uses your data for advertising in your Meta ad preferences. You can also limit tracking through your browser settings or your device's advertising settings.

07How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and customer information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, accounting, and insurance obligations — typically several years after your last event, since corporate clients often rebook. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it.

If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep specific records by law.

08Your choices

• Stop marketing emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or just tell us. You'll still receive messages about an event you've booked.
• Access, correct, or delete. Email us and we'll provide a copy of what we hold, fix what's wrong, or delete it.
• Stop text messages. Reply STOP to any text.
• Cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Parts of our site may not work as well if you do.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Contact us and we'll honor any request the law entitles you to make.

09Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls on the systems that store customer records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Children

Our services are sold to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The effective date at the top of the page tells you when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted here.
