As part of its Motivated by Mission caregiver appreciation campaign, AdventHealth wanted to thank the people who extend its healing mission every day — nurses, doctors, and support staff at its Celebration campus — with a premium coffee experience they'd actually remember. Every cup carried the message: “Thank you for everything you do.”
The challenge was scale. Serving 750+ caregivers in a tight window, across shift changes, meant we couldn't run one cart and hope for the best — we needed enough capacity to keep drinks flowing continuously, and enough polish to feel like a genuine thank-you rather than a coffee line.
So we built for volume from the start: four fully branded coffee carts positioned for flow, staffed by eight professional baristas, with every cart and cup carrying the Motivated by Mission look. It's the same high-volume coffee catering in Orlando we bring to large corporate and healthcare events.

On the day, the eight-barista team ran back-to-back across four carts for three straight hours — pulling shots and handing off drinks without a break in the flow. Splitting the crowd across multiple branded stations kept every line short, so caregivers could grab a drink on their break and get right back to their patients.
